The restaurant has earned a fine reputation for the quality of its cuisine and
the chefs freshly prepare everything from a tournament banquet to the daily
home baked bread.
There is a range of menus created to suit all tastes - an early breakfast
before play, a traditional lunch, a lighter bar snack and English tea are
available. The Club can also cater for Members individual requirements from a
fully serviced business meeting to private dinner parties.
Head Chef Paul Patel has trained in large resorts and five star hotels
learning many tricks of the trade. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge,
delivering a wide variety of fresh, imaginative dishes with a modern style.
He is enthusiastic and highly driven, and with his team produces excellent
food on a daily basis.
Under the watchful eye of Clubhouse Manager, Becky Carmichael-Wilson, the bar
and restaurant staff provide a fast, efficient service delivered with
enthusiasm and a smile.
Members enjoy the relaxed, easy going style of the clubroom. In keeping with
all else at The Wisley, informality rather than the more rigid requirements of
traditional English clubs is the order of the day. Respect for fellow members
dictates the simple dress code and mobile phone regulations.
