Wisley is a true private members golf club. The unencumbered freehold of the
course and clubhouse is wholly owned by the shareholder members, who have
complete control over the assets and future direction of the Club.

A Board of Directors and a Golf Club Committee who are appointed by the Members
on an annual basis run the club. Serving officers of the club are full Members
in their own right. Responsibility for advising the Board and Committee and for
executing the agreed strategy lies with the club General Manager.

Memberships may be obtained through the purchase of a share or, if available,
on a temporary basis by leasing the playing rights of an existing shareholder.

The playing rights attached to a unit are transferable, allowing the
shareholder to change the nominated member without transferring the share.
Shares may also be freely traded, transferred or passed on by
inheritance.

Both male and female members have equal seven-day playing rights.
