Every day is different, that’s what I love about my job. From speaking with suppliers, creating and improving new and exciting dishes on our seasonal menu – it’s a real pleasure working at The Wisley. We have a state-of-the-art kitchen, it really is the best you can ask for. A fantastic place to work and be creative.

I joined The Wisley 11 years ago and I still enjoy it so much! The attention to detail, and the pride everyone puts into their everyday work is truly inspiring. The greens team prepare the three courses to competition standard every day, and the same attention to detail is given to all green-space at the club. Our members and their guests truly value the effort the team puts in to achieve this exceptional standard which is always gratifying to hear.

Being at The Wisley is amazing; it’s an incredible setup in a stunning setting. Golf facilities are first class, and they are constantly improving. The Wisley management and the members accept only the very best after all. The members are here to play golf and improve their game which is ideal for the Golf Operations team. Being part of this vibrant and energetic team who are passionate about what they do and strive to do their best to deliver a 5* experience in all aspects of their jobs is fantastic. Personal development is important to me and being the best I can be professionally is a big part of that. The Wisley is helping me to achieve that.

There is never a quiet or boring day in the office! My role is quite varied and requires me to handle multiple queries simultaneously via phone, email or in person with enthusiasm and personality. I love to put that little extra effort in to impress our members and our team, who are hugely appreciative. Seeing how delighted small, personalised gestures can make is very rewarding.
